Monday- The phones were ringing off the hook! We had 3 property calls in the morning and 2 more in the afternoon. Phone duty around here is a HOT commodity right now. We also have another week before the end of the month and the sales volume has just reached over $12 million for June. All PSP St Charles Agents “Take a Bow!”
Tuesday- This hurts a bit, but we do have a Blackhawks/Cubs fan among us. Dana, being modest and gracious as always, decorated her office with a Blackhawks Jersey (fresh off of winning the Stanley Cup) for everyone to see. Our sales meeting covered the new Blogging Platform within the agents websites. See my earlier blog post to learn more. And CONGRATS to Sandy Feeler who got a listing appointment for later this week off of phones.
Wednesday- Melissa Maxwell w/Preferred Home Lending hosted a Lunch & Learn Class on Conventional Loans. Everyone learned a lot and filled up on fried chicken with all the fixin’s… Thanks Melissa! Great class as always! Kyle Hannegan had a property call; went out and showed a condo. Turned out he wrote a contract later that afternoon and is negotiating a, cash buyer, closing in 10 days. Great Job Kyle! PHONES ARE HOT!!! Congrats to Bonnie Cavanaugh-Gittemeier and Duan Rockette for closing over $1 million dollars in business this year.
Thursday- Phones picked right back up where they left off and 2 more property calls came in the afternoon. Christy Cooper w/ HSA Home Warranty hosted an Ice Cream Social and had all the goodies that go along with it. Thanks Christy! Friday- The last Friday of the month means the Title Company was a bit hectic today! Thank you Julie and Sue for making it look easy! The office is buzzing with activity today and all indicators point to a busy real estate weekend! Congrats to Stephanie Parson for closing over $1.5 million dollars in business.
